Foster Application

If you think you’d like to foster one or more of these needy dogs, please send an e-mail to Redlandsrockpitabandoneddogs@gmail.com or fill out the Foster Application. You’ll need to fill in a Foster Agreement each time an animal is placed with you.

    By filling in this Foster Application, you agree that all statements in this application are made based on personal knowledge and are made for purposes of your application to foster one or more rescued free-roaming animals for the Redland Rock Pit Abandoned Dogs Project Inc.

  • A copy of your ID will be requested.
  • Email will be the primary method of communication from Shelter, so if you do not check email regularly, please tell us how to best get in touch with you.

  • Fill up the form below listing the names and vaccination details for (1) all companion animals currently at your home, followed by (2) all companion animals you have had at your home in the last 5 years even if they are no longer with you (including any fostered animals).

  • Foster Agreement

    Each foster animal requires a separate Foster Agreement. You must have submitted a Foster Application and been accepted to foster an animal.
  • Authorized RRPADP Representative

    Contact person for all issues regarding this contract (hereafter “Authorized RRPADP Representative”).
  • Acknowledgments

  • Incident causing the animals to be in temporary custody of RRPADP (hereafter “Incident”).
  • Whereas, RRPADP has temporary custody and care of animals rescued from the above Incident; and

    Whereas, RRPADP desires to provide a supportive, healthy and safe environment for each animal in its temporary custody and care; and

    Whereas, RRPADP has requested reputable rescue partners to provide for immediate transportation to their locations for animals in RRPADP temporary custody.

    I make the following statements and voluntarily enter into this agreement to provide temporary care and custody and necessary sustenance as a foster caregiver to Rescued Animal named below (hereafter “my foster animal”).
